Fransa Company A/S was established in Denmark in 1968 and by 1990 it was acquired by the Brandtex Group, since 2006 named BTX Group.
BTX Group currently comprises of 7 companies, each representing multiple brands; this has made the BTX Group one of the largest textile groups in Europe.

For many years, Fransa Company A/S has enjoyed a strong position in Scandinavia with tremendous progress and today we are proud to be represented on several main export markets.

Fransa Company A/S has 12,500 m2 office space and warehousing in Odense (DK), with a staff of just over 100 taking care of design, purchasing, administration, sales, marketing, stocks/logistics and customer service on a daily basis.
We have colleagues in sales offices and show-rooms on all export markets, and altogether about 170 committed people european wide. We are well known as a solid, reliable supplier who puts great emphasis in close customer relations.
